Teaching is a complex activity between teachers and students, but teaching is more interesting if a teacher is accurate. Teachers must have a suitable teaching style to get students enthusiastic about learning. This research focuses on the purpose of knowing the teaching style used by Ron Clark and the advantages for students in learning in “The Ron Clark Story” Movie. This research is a content analysis. The data source in this research is the “The Ron Clark Story” movie, which lasts 90 minutes. The object of this research is the teaching style used by Ron Clark. Data collection in this research is observation. The researchers used a content analysis technique to analyze the data. The researchers found 10 teaching styles used by Ron Clark—expert style with two data, authority style with one data, and demonstrator style with two data. The facilitator style has three, and the delegator style has two data. The researchers found the advantages of the teaching style in the form of students getting the information from the teacher, students participating in doing things the right way, students’ direct observation and following a role model, self-discovery and developing problem-solving skills, emphasis on students-centred learning with a focus on students’ needs and goals. Assist student development into confident, independent learners and build student responsibility. The abstract should be clear, concise, and descriptive. This abstract should provide a brief introduction to the problem, objective of paper, followed by a statement regarding the methods and a brief summary of results. The abstract should end with a comment on the significance of the results or a brief conclusion. Abstracts are written in 10pt Times New Roman, preferably not more than 200 words.
