A Pengaruh Media Lagu “Siapa Yang Suka Hati” Terhadap Hasil Belajar Aksara Jawa Siswa Kelas III Sekolah Dasar

Abstract

This study aims to test the influence of the song media "Who Likes Heart" on the learning outcomes of Javanese script of grade III students at SD Muhammadiyah 4 Surabaya. This research is important considering the low learning outcomes of Javanese Script in elementary schools, which is influenced by the lack of interesting and effective learning media. The research method used is quasi-experiment with Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. The sample consisted of grade III students who were divided into experimental and control groups. Data analysis techniques include prerequisite tests (normality and homogeneity tests) and t-tests. The results showed that there was a significant difference between the average learning outcomes of the experimental and control groups, with the average score of the experimental group being higher. The conclusion of this study is that the song media "Who Likes Heart" is effective in improving the learning outcomes of the Javanese Script, so that it can be an innovative alternative learning media to increase students' interest and understanding of local culture-based materials.
