Abstrak

This study aims to examine the stages of strategic environmental analysis in educational institutions through a literature study approach. This research uses a qualitative method with a library research design. Data were obtained from various books, journals, and scientific articles relevant to the discussion of strategic environmental analysis. The results show that strategic environmental analysis plays an important role in helping educational institutions understand the internal and external conditions of the organization. The stages of strategic environmental analysis include internal environmental analysis, external environmental analysis, and SWOT analysis. The implementation of strategic environmental analysis is carried out through the preparation of school work programs, improvement of teacher competence, development of digital learning, provision of educational facilities, and periodic evaluation of educational programs. Thus, strategic environmental analysis helps educational institutions determine educational strategies that are more effective, adaptive, and in accordance with the development of the times.
